ALIGN: Unlocking The Potential To Build Purposeful And Impact Driven Brands
Season III • 2026
On March 7th, 2026, the seminar experience evolved fully into SEED Ambition Seminars, bringing together creatives, founders, entrepreneurs and professionals who were ready to think more seriously and intentionally about the way they are building.

Led by Andrea Iyamah Nehikhare, the ALIGN session focused on the importance of building with clarity, structure and alignment, exploring the real effects of misalignment in business and the importance of having a vision that is not only clearly defined but properly supported by the systems, decisions and direction behind it. The conversations throughout the session were practical, direct and honest, creating room for attendees to reflect more deeply on how they approach growth, decision making and long term sustainability within their businesses and careers.

Attendees also heard from Nike Ogunlesi, who shared her experience building Ruff ‘n’ Tumble and offered practical insight into what it looks like to start, grow and refine a brand over time. Her session added another layer of depth to the experience, highlighting the importance of consistency, structure, resilience and long term thinking when building a lasting business.

What made the seminar especially impactful was how grounded and applicable the conversations were for people actively building. Attendees left with clearer perspective on alignment, stronger understanding of intentional growth and a deeper awareness of what it truly takes to build purposeful and impact driven brands with clarity, discipline and direction.
