SEED Ambition is a platform founded by Andrea Iyamah Nehikhare through 15 years of firsthand experience building across creative industries, navigating growth, learning through uncertainty, evolving through different stages of entrepreneurship and understanding what it truly takes to build something meaningful over time.
SEED Ambition provides learning experiences, opportunities, community and practical resources that support people not only in what they are building, but also in how they grow through the process.
What began as a platform focused on supporting creative entrepreneurs has gradually evolved into a wider ecosystem for ambitious people across industries who are trying to build more intentionally and grow more sustainably. Over time, it became clear that regardless of industry or profession, many people were carrying similar questions about direction, growth, structure, confidence and long term sustainability.
Today, SEED Ambition creates experiences, conversations and resources designed to help people navigate both the practical and personal realities that come with building something meaningful.

Our Vision
Meet Our Founder
SEED Ambition was founded in 2020 by Andrea Iyamah Nehikhare, Nigerian entrepreneur and creative director behind Andrea Iyamah Corp, a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand, and ANDRU Living, an interior design and lifestyle brand.
Andrea’s entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 17 and has since spanned 15 years across multiple industries, experiences and stages of growth. Through years of building brands, leading businesses and navigating the realities of entrepreneurship firsthand, she developed a deep understanding of the gaps many ambitious people face while trying to grow sustainably and intentionally.
Having been featured in publications including Forbes, Vogue and HuffPost, while also speaking at platforms such as the Dangote Foundation and Fashion Focus Africa, Andrea launched SEED Ambition’s first official virtual masterclass, The Cutting Room: Building A Brand Message, in 2020.
With over 300 attendees joining the first class, the response highlighted how many people were searching for practical guidance, honest conversations and more thoughtful approaches to growth. That experience became the beginning of what SEED Ambition continues to grow into today.
